Distributor: manage Customers and record sales
Work only in your branch, create Customers when permitted, record actual Rupal or Token terms, and verify the new obligation.
Know these words first
- Parent Manager
- The Manager who supervises your branch and receives your capital payments.
- Direct Customer
- A Customer assigned specifically to your Distributor account.
- Gross capital
- The full actual fiat amount owed to your Manager before separate commission.

These screens use demonstration information—never a real user’s balance, payment, or private conversation. Numbered markers match the notes below each image.
Confirm the Distributor workspace
Your heading must say Distributor workspace. Work only with Customers assigned to this branch.
- 1Distributor workspace label
- 2Customer directory
- 3Sales and Access tools
- 4Sales History for verification
- 5Assigned Customers and pending collections
Create, sell, and verify in order
The page is arranged as Onboard, Serve, Control. Complete one section at a time and submit one clear transaction.
- 1Create the Customer account first
- 2Select the direct Customer
- 3Choose Token duration and actual price
- 4A2C Rupal Sale is a separate action
- 5Advanced controls come last
Step-by-step
Open your Distributor workspace
Open Menu, then Operations. Confirm the heading says Distributor and review Customers, sales, A2C work, statements, and obligations.
- If it shows another role, stop.
- If Operations is missing, ask your Manager to check status and permissions.
Create a Customer when allowed
Choose Create Customer, enter the display name, unique username, email, and a private initial password, then save once.
- Check that the person does not already have an account.
- Ask the Customer to change the initial password.
Confirm direct ownership
Search the Customer and confirm they are assigned directly to your Distributor account before recording a manual sale.
- Do not sell to another branch's Customer.
- Ask your Manager to correct ownership before money moves.
Record one product and real terms
For Rupal, enter the internal amount. For Token, select Full, Half, or Quarter. Enter the actual fiat amount, currency, and requested unique reference.
- Never mix Rupal and Token.
- Never guess or replace fiat with the Rupal amount.
- Submit once and wait.
Verify the result and obligation
Open the Customer statement and confirm balance or Token expiry, reference, and terms. Then check the gross obligation created from you to your Manager.
- Do not subtract expected commission.
- A Distributor cannot create Distributors, operate P2P, or mint/burn Rupal.
Check that it worked
- The heading says Distributor and the Customer belongs directly to your branch.
- The account role and temporary-password handoff are correct.
- Only one asset was sold with the actual fiat amount and currency.
- Customer statement and gross obligation to the Manager contain the same reference and terms.
If something does not look right
The Customer is not in your list.
Do not record a manual sale. Ask the parent Manager to confirm or correct ownership.
A sale button is missing.
Your account may lack that sale privilege or may be inactive. Ask the Manager to review permissions.
The result is uncertain after submission.
Search Sales History and the Customer statement by reference before submitting again.
