Follow in order

Step-by-step

Open statements and filter

In Operations, open the available statements, obligations, or finance summary and filter for open or pending items. Search by Customer or sale reference.

  • Open detail instead of relying on a total.
  • Check whether a partial payment already exists.

Separate every asset

List Rupal obligations separately from Token obligations and confirm the fiat currency. They cannot cancel each other.

  • Do not combine unrelated channels.
  • Do not subtract commission.

Agree payment with your Manager

Confirm obligation reference, gross amount, currency, and official payment method with your parent Manager.

  • Pay only the official account supplied for that settlement.
  • Keep proof until the correct item is confirmed.

Wait for recorded confirmation

Your Manager records receipt against the selected obligation. An external receipt or promise alone does not change StadiumB status.

  • Ask about a mismatch before sending more money.
  • Do not mark or describe an unpaid item as settled.

Verify the remaining balance

Refresh the statement and check settled amount, date, reference, and remaining balance. The Manager may then have a separate duty to forward that collection upward.

  • That forwarded duty is not a second Distributor payment.
  • Report any incorrect amount promptly.
Before you finish

Check that it worked

  • The open detail identifies the Customer sale, asset, reference, gross amount, and currency.
  • Payment proof matches the official arrangement with the parent Manager.
  • The Manager recorded the payment against the exact obligation.
  • Settled plus remaining balance equals the original gross amount.
Common problems

If something does not look right

The dashboard total differs from your own list.

Open each detailed obligation and check partial settlements, asset, channel, and currency before paying.

The Manager cannot find the payment.

Provide the official obligation reference, real payment time, amount, currency, and protected proof.

Commission was subtracted from the transfer.

Pause reconciliation and correct the records with the Manager. Gross capital and commission are separate.
