Customer: use your Rupal wallet safely
Read the balance, add or transfer Rupal, check fees, and use Transactions as the official record.
Know these words first
- Available balance
- Rupal currently available for supported actions.
- Fee
- An amount shown before confirmation that may be charged for an action.
- Pending
- The action is recorded but has not reached its final state.
Step-by-step
Read the Wallet overview
Open Menu, then Wallet. Read the available balance and recent activity. A pending request is not completed Rupal.
- Refresh once if a recent action is missing.
- Open Transactions or History for the full record.
Choose how to add Rupal
Use Deposit when an enabled payment gateway is available and follow the provider order. If P2P is available, create a request and agree the fiat terms with the assigned Manager.
- Check amount, currency, and receiving account before paying.
- Keep the official order or request reference.
- Do not pay details sent outside the official workflow.
Transfer carefully
Choose Transfer, enter the recipient and amount, then read the fee and final total. Confirm the recipient twice because a completed transfer may not be reversible.
- Start small with a new recipient.
- Never transfer because a stranger promises a prize or guaranteed return.
Check the result
After any deposit, transfer, Token purchase, game, or lottery action, open Transactions or History. Read whether the item completed, is pending, or failed.
- Do not repeat a pending action.
- Use the exact reference when contacting Support.
Stop when something looks wrong
If the amount, recipient, or status is unexpected, stop making new payments. Save the reference, amount, and time, then open Support.
- Do not post receipts publicly.
- Hide unrelated bank details in screenshots.
