Follow in order

Step-by-step

Select the Customer and one product

In Operations, choose the Rupal sale or Token action and select an eligible Customer. For Rupal, enter the Rupal amount. For Token, choose Full, Half, or Quarter.

  • Confirm username and owner.
  • Never mix Rupal and Token in one sale.

Enter the actual fiat agreement

Enter the exact amount and currency agreed with the Customer and the requested unique reference. Do not guess a historical amount or put the Rupal amount in a fiat field.

  • Repeat amount and currency to the Customer.
  • Review every field before submitting once.

Verify the sale records

Open the Customer and statement. Confirm the Rupal balance or Token expiry, sale reference, fiat terms, and matching capital obligation.

  • Search by reference before retrying after a timeout.
  • A direct Manager sale creates capital due upward.

Identify the correct settlement channel

A Distributor pays you for Distributor sales. You pay the Super Admin for your direct sales and for gross Distributor collections you already received.

  • Keep direct, forwarded, P2P, withdrawal, and return channels separate.
  • Keep Rupal and Token obligations separate.

Record gross payment and verify

Enter the real fiat payment against the exact open obligation. Reopen the record and check settled amount, remaining balance, and any new forwarded duty.

  • Do not subtract commission from gross capital.
  • Do not mark a promise as a completed payment.
